Home office, home daycare and homeschooling, all at the same time – many women had to do all of it when schools and daycares werde closed during lockdown. To release stress and avoid burn-out, the job sharing platform TWISE is the answer.
TWISE is a tandem match-making platform and helps parents in a crisis by finding a TWISEE (= qualified mother whose kids are out of the woods and who wants to work again). In the TWISE tandem, the works can be distributed in such a way that both partners can cope with the family AND the full-time job despite the crisis.
With this collaborative New Work approach, TWISE stabilizes women’s careers at the point when they are at risk of failing to reconcile job requirements and private life.
